This lookbook is for the bohemian girls who know how to wear prints like no one else. Flare pants aren’t for the average girl out there. They’re wild, fashion-forward, eccentric and even a little intimidating which is why fashion bloggers love them. Flare pants aren’t something you see everyone else wearing, which instantly puts you on a level higher in the eyes of fashion. Only those who dare to be different wearing bohemian flare pants.
I am one of those girls. Trust me – I get plenty of comments from people who don’t understand my desire for bohemian fashion. And yes, I understand I look like a blast to the past in this lookbook, rocking hippie flares like it was the 70s. In fact, that’s why I love them. There’s nothing more boho chic than flare pants.
So naturally, I have about 6 pairs of printed flare pants. I usually style my flare pants into a casual ensemble but today, I dressed them up to show how versatile they are. Instantly, I proved to the world (or just my fashion blog followers) that flare pants can be worn from the boardroom to the bar, from the classroom to the couch, and from the beach to the boardwalk.
In this lookbook, I am wearing…
Printed flare pants from Seaside Boutique
Burgundy zipper blouse from Sirens/Urban Planet
Bracelet accessories from Skullz N Beadz
Arrow Necklace from Del Mundo Design
I traded in the casual style for something a little formal. This Burgundy Shirt is not the exact same as mine, but it will certainly do the trick. It also shows how you can still dress comfortably while looking a little less casual.
The specific pants I’m wearing in this lookbook are the forest green Floral and Paisley Print Flare Pants. I would usually just pair them with a basic tee in one of the numerous colours found in the pants, but instead…
To tie my sticking-out-like-a-sore-thumb Fitbit with my lookbook, I chose jewelry that could be found in the same tone. Unfortunately, the lighting and camera were not working with me so the details of this lookbook are absent, but hopefully, you get the gist of it.
The best part about this lookbook is how comfortable it is. You look like a million bucks while still feeling like you’re wearing pajamas. Now that’s fashion I can support!
