Birthday Boys Adventure

I need to start this post with one word, and that word being absolutely incredible! Yesterday I took two beautiful people who make my life complete to the (grossest) city with BEAUTIFUL waterfalls in Hamilton for some outdoor adventures.

Let The Outdoor Adventures Begin

I picked up my bestie and her baby and stopped by my Dad’s in Guelph before hitting the road. If you check out an Ontario map, Hamilton isn’t too far from there and with a quick drive over, you’ll be enjoying some astonishing sights.

Hamilton Is Declared a Hidden Gem by This Travel Blog

In the smoggiest of smog-cities, hidden amongst the pollution clouds that are suffocating your lungs, there are hidden gems – seriously! It’s kind of a weird concept because you look left and see a dirty run down city and then you look to your right and it’s just a breath-taking view of nature’s beauty. It would have definitely been much nicer if everything wasn’t dead from the winter, but it was still easily appreciated! Aiden loved it and that’s all what matters, right? It was his birthday after all!

It was the greatest day full of photo shoots, tumbles, runs, climbs, and an amazing picnic. Oh yeuuuh buddday! It was pretty much the best picnic of all picnics… minus Ashlee providing our “picnik blanket” and it being big enough for maybe one of my cheeks…. and yes, there were 3 of us.

You know what my alter-ego Shaniqua would say?

“Girrrrrl, mah booty aint gon fit on dat!”

Weird Hamilton Happenings

then we found this random Hamilton couple taking their giant birds (parrots) for a walk through the park. Maybe not really a walk, but I like to say it like that because it makes me giggle inside. The old man, then put his bird on me…

It was scandalous.

I liked it! Just at this moment, I realized just how innocent children are and how so much of the world to them is new. The bird let out a loud squawk which is totally normal and expected, yet Aiden literally almost jumped out of Ash’s arms completely startled. He was utterly shocked. I said to Ash that he would have been spitting out curse words if he didn’t already shit his pants with them.So innocent. <3 Maybe you had to be there… probably… I promise you though, it was really funny. After getting fat on McFlurries, we rocked out and drove home.outdoor adventures, travel blog, ontario map, waterfalls hamilton, waterfalls of hamilton, waterfalls in hamilton, ontario canada, travel ontario, places to see in ontario, webster falls, premmie baby, premature baby, miracle baby, picnic,
